Valentine’s Dessert Table

img_4471

With Valentine’s day fast approaching I thought I’d throw it back to this little dessert table I put together for a Valentine’s party last year. Any excuse for a party (and one that includes desserts) and I’m there in a heartbeat – who said Valentine’s day is only for couples? I plan on throwing another party this year with friends and family and can’t wait!

For those wanting to throw a Valentine’s party, or for those who simply want to put together a dessert table just so they can gorge on all the sugar themselves, hopefully this’ll provide some inspiration.

You can find most of the recipes for these desserts on my blog so I’ll link below should you wish to give it a go!

Since this was a pretty last minute party – the only thing I did know was that I wanted to follow a red theme and I wanted to create desserts that didn’t really need time in the oven. All the desserts were super quick to put together and most of the red heart decorations were made by hand. I liked how simple the table was but you could most definitely tell it was a Valentine’s party!
